Randall Reed and the Reed family, owners of Planet Ford and Planet Lincoln locations achieved a historic Ford first. Mr. Reed is the first independent dealer to win the highly coveted Triple Crown at every World Class Automotive dealership in the same year in 2018. The dealership group repeated it again in 2021. In addition, in 2018, he became the seventh dealer inducted into the Ford Dealer Hall of Fame. Outstanding, award-winning service is nothing new. The family-owned dealerships take great pride in garnering many of the industry’s top honors for over 30 years.
Ford Dealer Hall of Fame
Ford Motor Company honored the founder and CEO, Randall Reed, with its "Dealer Hall of Fame" award in 2018. Becoming the seventh inductee ever selected for the hall of fame was based on sales volume but also requires a dealer be respected and admired loved by the Ford Motor Company, Ford Credit, their own employees as well as other Ford dealers.
Triple Crown
World Class Automotive is the first independent dealer group to win the highly coveted Triple Crown at every Randall Reed Ford dealership in the same year. Planet Ford in Spring, Planet Ford in Humble, Planet Ford Dallas Love Field (formerly Park Cities Ford), and Planet Ford 635 in Garland (formerly Prestige Ford) have all won the automaker’s highest honor. It’s an honor only bestowed upon the most elite dealers in the nation. In order to be recognized, a dealership must receive all of Ford's top awards, which include: the President's Award for customer service; the Ford One Hundred Club, an honor based on vehicle sales; and the Premier Club.
President's Award
The dealership group is also the recipient of multiple President’s Awards. This is one of the highest honors from Ford Motor Company. This award is given to recognize that a dealership has achieved excellence in customer satisfaction. The Reed family takes great pride in this particular awards as satisfaction is paramount.
Top One Hundred Club
Several dealerships are members of the Ford Top One Hundred Club. Being selected for this exclusive club is in recognition for achieving excellence in Sales, Service or Parts.
Partners in Quality
The Partners in Quality Award from Ford Motor Credit recognizes dealers who have shown the highest level of outstanding customer service and satisfaction as well as their ongoing partnership with Ford Credit. The Reed family is thankful to have multiple locations recognized for their ongoing efforts to take care of the customer first.
Premier Club
FCSD Premier Club Award is yet another honor that the Randall Reed family of dealerships has received multiple times for multiple locations. The honorees are comprised of an elite group that is truly committed to excellence.
Salute to Dealers
Ford Motor Co. honored Randall Reed with its Salute to Dealers award for outstanding sales and service while improving the lives of individuals and communities. Salute to Dealers is Ford’s community service initiative that identifies and honors dealer who improve the lives of those in need. “The dealer nominees’ and honorees’ impact on their communities is extraordinary! Each year, as a group, they provide support for and participate in hundreds of programs for a multitude of worthy causes.” Mr. Reed was recognized based on his commitment to community, furthering education and assisting children with special needs. His leadership and donations provide support to services including women’s shelters and school systems with items such as books, computers, iPads, band instruments, fixtures and playground equipment. In addition, Mr. Reed and his team help raise funds for centers that assist families and children with learning differences.
